Roof Maintenance Audits
Properly maintaining a roof can extend its life by years, and help you avoid costly damage or leaks along the way. Flynn Canada's maintenance audits help identify problems – and implement solutions – before they become widespread, while meeting or exceeding the quality and safety standards of both our clients and the Canadian roofing Industry. Our approach includes:
- A thorough visual inspection of each roof for damage and normal wear. Our written report identifies roof distresses, plots each location on a CAD roof drawing and provides repair recommendations. Digital photographs demonstrate the extent of each distress and a quote is provided for the recommended remedial repairs.
- Optional moisture scans and infrared surveys. These surveys can identify areas of moisture within the roof system, which we then plot on a CAD drawing. Armed with all the facts, we can make legitimate recommendations for roof repair or replacement.
